Please be sure to follow the steps below on your mobile device & not your desktop/laptop computer. This will enhance ease of setup & ease of ordering your meal the day of the webinar.

Claiming Your Voucher

You will receive an email & a text when your voucher has been provided to you. This will typically happen a few days prior to your webinar. The voucher will be provided to the email address that you noted in your registration as your Uber Email Address. Please note it will be provided by Etak Events, the event partner managing the meal service.

 

When you are notified your voucher has been provided to you via automated email and text message, navigate to your Uber app as prompted & select Accept voucher. (see image) You will now have this voucher for use the day of your respective webinar. Pop back to this web page the day of your webinar for ordering instructions, outlined below.

Meal Ordering Instructions for the Day of your Webinar

Note there are parameters to ordering that must be followed that include the ability to order your meal only on the day of your scheduled webinar and your applicable maximum meal cap spend. Should your order exceed the allotted meal cap, the rest of payment will simply default to your form of payment you have connected to your Uber Eats account.

Please be sure to follow the steps below using the same mobile device that you used claim your voucher in the directions above.

iPhone Users

  1. Open your Uber Eats app on your mobile device & find your restaurant & order of choice by adding items to your cart.
  2. Once you have added all desired menu items to your cart, go to “view cart” & review for accuracy while scrolling to the bottom of your cart. You will see your total at the bottom. Below your total, your current selected form of payment will appear. (See image)
  3. Click on the form of payment that is currently selected to see all options available. You will see an option below your saved forms of payment that reads Vouchers. You should see your voucher available. Click the toggle to the right of the voucher name to enable it.
  4. You have now enabled use of the voucher for your order. Close out the payment options by selecting the x in the top left corner.
  5. Select “Next” and tip accordingly. 20% is recommended.
  6. Select “Place order” & track its progress in your app!
  7. Enjoy while engaging with your peers during your webinar.

Android Users

  1. Open your Uber Eats app on your mobile device & find your restaurant & order of choice by adding items to your cart.
